Extra Points - Sishencong (Ex-HN), bilateral Anmian (NP-HN).
Back:
Bladder Meridian - bilateral Xinshu (B15), Pishu (B20) and Shenshu (B23).
Upper Limb:
Heart Meridian - bilateral Shenmen (H7).
Lower Limb:
Spleen Meridian - bilateral Sanyinjiao (Sp6).
