Bladder Meridian - bilateral Jueyinshu (B14) to Geshu (B17), Shenshu (B23) and Zhishi (B52).
Chest:
Conception Vessel - Danzhong (CV17) to Zhongwan (CV12).
Upper Limb:
Pericardium Meridian - bilateral Neiguan (P6).
Lower Limb:
